Why interior work only

Most wet basements around here can be fixed from the inside. Water that reaches a foundation wall can be caught at the footing, carried to a pit and pumped out, without digging up a driveway, a patio or the beds along the house. That is the work we do: interior drain tile, sump pumps, crack injection, crawl space encapsulation and egress windows.

We do not do structural foundation repair or exterior excavation. A wall that is moving needs a structural engineer to look at it first, and digging out the outside of a foundation is a different trade. Keeping to one kind of work is how we stay good at it.
