This page explains what happens to the details you send through the request form on this site.

Who we are
Middlesex Waterproofing is a basement waterproofing business based in Sayreville, NJ. It is a trade name (DBA) of Central Jersey Home Services LLC, which operates the business. When this page says "we" or "us", it means Middlesex Waterproofing.
What we collect
Only what you type into the request form, plus a few details the form adds on its own:
- your name, phone number and email address;
- your town, the problem you picked from the list, and anything you write in the message box;
- the page you sent the form from, the time you sent it, and, if the link you followed had them, the campaign tags in the web address (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign).
This site does not use cookies, analytics tools, advertising pixels or tracking scripts. Our hosting provider keeps short-term technical logs, such as IP addresses and request times, to run the site and keep it secure.
Why we collect it
We use your details to reply to you, set up an inspection visit, and, if you hire us, to do the job and keep a record of it. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell, rent or trade your information.
Who else handles it
When you send the form, your details are delivered to our inbox as an email. Two service providers handle them along the way: the company that hosts this website and runs the form, and our email provider. They process the details for us so the message reaches us. We do not share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your request for as long as we need it to answer you and, if you become a customer, as part of the record of the work we did. If we never end up working together, you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Deleting or correcting your details
Reply to any email we have sent you and tell us what you want deleted or corrected. We will do it and confirm by email.
Children
This site is meant for homeowners and is not directed at children. Please do not send us a child's information.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page and the date at the top.
